一、為提升民眾自救互救意識與外傷救護技能，高雄醫學大學開辦「到院前創傷第一反應者(PHTLS First Responder)」訓練課程。
二、開課日期及時間：115年4月12日(星期日)上午8時至下午5時30分。
三、報名資格：救護技術員(EMT-1、EMT-2)、護理師或年滿16歲之一般民眾，每梯次限收24名，名額有限，請儘速報名。
四、報名費用：2,500元整(含證照費，不含教材費用)。
五、地點：本醫院W棟大樓6樓臨床技能教室。

I. To enhance public awareness of self-rescue and mutual aid, and improve trauma care skills, Kaohsiung Medical University is offering a "Physical Emergency Medical Technicians (PHTLS) First Responder" training course.

II. Course Date and Time: April 12, 2026 (Sunday), 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

III. Eligibility: Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-1, EMT-2), nurses, or members of the general public aged 16 and above. Each session is limited to 24 participants. Please register as soon as possible due to limited spaces.

IV. Registration Fee: NT$2,500 (includes certification fee, excludes course materials).

V. Location: Clinical Skills Classroom, 6th Floor, Building W, Kaohsiung Medical University.
