主旨：國科會與拉脫維亞及立陶宛二國教育及科學部共同徵求2027-2029臺拉立三邊協議國際合作研究計畫，自即日起申請至115年4月24完成線上申請。

說明：
一、依國科會與拉、立二國所簽雙邊科技合作備忘錄，共同徵求旨揭計畫。
二、計畫申請書須由三方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別向國科會及拉、立二國提出。任一方未收到申請書，則合作案無法成立。
三、獲選計畫將以雙邊協議擴充加值型(Add-on)計畫補助，執行期程預訂自2027年1月1日開始，以三年期計畫為原則。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC, together with the Ministries of Education and Science of Latvia and Lithuania, is soliciting proposals for international collaborative research projects under the 2027-2029 Taiwan-Latvia-Lithuania Trilateral Agreement. Applications are open now and will be accepted online until April 24, 2026.

Notes:
1. This solicitation is based on the bilateral science and technology cooperation memorandums signed between NSTC and Latvia and Lithuania.

2. Project applications must be jointly completed by the project leaders of all three parties and submitted separately to NSTC and each of the two countries. If any party does not receive an application, the collaboration will not be established.

3. Selected projects will be funded through bilateral agreement-based add-on grants, with the implementation period tentatively scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027, and based on a three-year plan. Applications not yet funded will not be accepted.
