🔹申請期間
自115年3月1日(星期日)起至3月31日(星期二)止開放線上申請，逾期不予受理。

🔹申請資格與重要規定
一、研討會舉辦期間須為115年4月1日至116年9月30日。
二、申請案經核定補助者，採結案歸墊方式辦理，相關費用須由申請機構先行墊付。
三、研討會須符合國科會作業要點相關規定。

🔹校內作業時程
📌 校內收件截止: 115年3月30日(星期一)中午12時。
📌 審查結果預定公告: 115年6月10日(星期三)。

The National Science and Technology Council(NSTC) has announced the call for applications for the Phase1, 2026 Subsidy for Hosting International Academic Conferences in Taiwan. Faculty members who plan to apply are requested to follow the instructions below.

🔹Application Period
Online applications will be accepted from March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

🔹Eligibility and Important Notes

The conference must be held between April 1, 2026 and September 30, 2027.

Approved projects will be funded on a reimbursement basis upon project completion; the applicant institution must advance the required expenses.

The conference must comply with all NSTC regulations and eligibility requirements.

🔹Internal Timeline(STUST)
📌 Internal submission deadline: March 30, 2026 at 12:00(noon).
📌 Expected announcement of results: June 10, 2026.
