國科會「鼓勵外籍碩博士在臺產業就業推動計畫」由工研院產業學院執行，核心任務在於串聯校園與產業資源，協助外籍高階人才在臺就業，並強化臺灣國際化職場環境。

在114年度的推動成果中，我們已成功協助超過40位外籍碩博士生媒合至臺灣企業任職，並透過校園合作與系列課程，獲得眾多師生的熱烈回響與支持。許多學員回饋，這些活動不僅幫助他們更理解臺灣職場，也實際提升了求職信心與應對能力。同時，我們在114年度計畫執行過程中，我們深刻觀察到外籍同學面臨的幾項困境：

履歷表現不足，常在初篩階段即遭企業婉拒
對臺灣職場文化認知有限，面試時不易有效應對
期望能聽見校友與先行者的經驗，獲得具體鼓勵與方向
為此，本計畫特別舉辦以下兩場免費工作坊，誠摯邀請貴單位協助轉知校內國際生參與：
