三、參賽資格：
1. 凡具有中華民國國籍之大專院校在學學生。
2. 國內各大專院校之在學學生，每隊 3~6 位學生。

I. This competition encourages students to learn from each other's English expression and presentation skills through observation and competition. It aims to enable students to showcase their creativity through English presentations, improve their English expression abilities, and enhance teamwork, thereby cultivating outstanding English speaking talents for colleges and universities.

III. Eligibility:

1. All college and university students with Republic of Taiwan citizenship.

2. Students currently enrolled in colleges and universities across Taiwan, with 3-6 students per team.
