I. **Key Points:** This lecture will explain the differences and core focus of distance learning and digital learning courses, analyze the application process, utilization of subsidies, and certification review standards, and assist teachers in mastering the overall operational points from course planning and design, application document preparation to final submission. Through practical cases and experience sharing, it will gradually explain common application issues and review focus points, provide strategies and techniques for optimizing course design and improving pass rates, and assist teachers in deepening teaching innovation, making good use of relevant resources, and ultimately improving the quality and effectiveness of digital and distance learning courses.
