一、開放申請時間及方式
(一)第一梯次：115年3月24日(二)至115年5月8日(五)止。
(二)第二梯次：115年5月12日(二)至115年6月26日(五)止。
(三)請至學校首頁「學雜費減免暨弱勢助學與獎學金登錄網」登錄，並確認本人郵局帳號(每學期需重新上傳)，以利撥款。
(四) 114-2學期結束時(115年6月26日)，若仍未登錄者依規定，不予補發。
(五) 獎金登錄申請網頁網址如下： https://aura.stust.edu.tw/activity/reg_reduce.aspx。
(六)如欲知撥款訊息，請同學至學校E網通撥款系統查詢。

二、獎學金及獎狀
(一)獎學金
1.第一名：2,500元；
2.第二名：1,000元；
3.第三名：500元。
(二)獎狀：由教務處登錄於南臺證書系統上。查詢網址：https://eportal.stust.edu.tw/Ap/167
 
三、菁英獎獲獎名冊，請查詢教務處公告於學校首頁最新消息(日間部查詢網址:https://news.stust.edu.tw/id/92814；進修部查詢網址: https://news.stust.edu.tw/id/92823)，依據教務處公告核定名單撥款。



1. Registration Time and Method
(1) The first echelon: from March 24th (Tue.) to May 8th (Fri.), 2026.
(2) The second echelon: from May 12th (Tue.) to June 26th (Fri.), 2026.
(3) Please log in to the website "Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Reduction and Disadvantaged Student Aid and Scholarship" to confirm your post office account (it must be re-uploaded each semester) to facilitate the allocation of funds.
(4) According to the regulations, those who have not registered online will not be reissued at the end of the 114-2 semester (June 26, 2026).
(5) The prizewinner of 114-2 Academic Elite Awards (based on 114-1 academic performance) will be apply on website. (website：https://aura.stust.edu.tw/activity/reg_reduce.aspx)
(6) For information about the disbursement, please check the STUST e-port System.

2. The amount of Scholarship
(1) First place – NT$2,500.
(2) Second Place – NT$1,000.
(3) Third Place – NT$500.
