一、為促進智慧財產權運用及人才培育，特舉辦旨揭競賽，採用「企業出題×人才解題」賽制，由企業以產業角度提出競賽題目，並由參賽團隊運用專業知識與創新思維研擬解決對策，提出專利分析布局報告，共同創造業界需求與專利分析布局技能連結的雙贏局面。

二、本競賽分為初賽與複賽兩階段，將擇優選出前三名與佳作五名，並提供總獎金新臺幣30萬元。此外，凡參賽隊伍完成報名且通過資格審查後，皆享「專利檢索實作」、「專利地圖製作」、「產業專利發展策略」及「競賽作品指南」共計24小時的免費教育訓練課程及實作工作坊，養成參賽團隊掌握製作優質作品的必備技能。

三、歡迎國內企業、法人、產學研究機構現職員工、大專校院學生與對智
財相關領域有興趣者自由組隊踴躍參與，每隊2~5人，參賽團隊可邀請產、學、研專家學者擔任指導教練，不計入團隊成員。

1. The competition aims to promote the application of intellectual property and talent development. Enterprises will propose industry-based topics, and participating teams will develop solutions and submit patent analysis and strategy reports using professional knowledge and innovative thinking.

2. The competition consists of preliminary and final rounds. Awards include the top three prizes and five honorable mentions, with a total prize pool of NT$300,000. All eligible registered teams will receive 24 hours of free training courses and workshops, including patent search practice, patent mapping, industrial patent strategy, and competition guidance.

3. Participants are welcome from domestic enterprises, organizations, academia, and research institutions, as well as college and university students and individuals interested in intellectual property. Teams of 2 to 5 members may be formed. Teams may invite experts from industry, academia, or research institutions as advisors, who will not be counted as team members.
