一、為推動校園健康促進活動，提升學生關注健康行為之重要性，本部委請國立臺灣師範大學辦理旨揭活動，鼓勵學生發揮創意，創作短影音，以豐富大專校院衛生教育資源。
二、本案活動之重點摘要如下：
(一)參加資格：大專校院在學學生(含碩博士生，以作品繳交當時之身分為準)，可以個人或團體報名，每人投件最多
以2件為限。
(二)主題：為讓大專校院學生能注意及避免接觸菸（煙）、酒等有害物質，爰以「青春不點菸」、「不喝酒人生更
長久」為主題。
(三)形式：短影音，長度1分30秒（含）以內，誤差不得超過 10 秒。
(四)報名及收件方式

２、收件日期：自即日起至115年9月15日(星期二)止。
３、參賽者須簽署著作使用權授權同意書。
(五)獎勵
１、特優1名：可獲得新臺幣（以下同）1萬2,000元，並由本部製發獎狀1張。
２、優等2名：可獲得6,000元，並由本部製發獎狀1張。
３、佳作3名：可獲得2,000元，並由本部製發獎狀1張。

I. To promote campus health promotion activities and enhance students' awareness of the importance of healthy behaviors, this Ministry has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to conduct this activity, encouraging students to unleash their creativity and create short videos to enrich health education resources in colleges and universities.
II. The key points of this activity are summarized below:
(I) Eligibility: Enrolled college and university students (including master's and doctoral students, based on their status at the time of submission) may register individually or in groups, with a maximum of two submissions per person.
(II) Theme: To raise awareness and help college and university students avoid exposure to harmful substances such as tobacco and alcohol, the themes are "Youth Without Smoking" and "A Longer Life Without Drinking."
(III) Format: Short videos, no longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds, with a margin of error of no more than 10 seconds. (IV) Registration and Submission Method
1. Online Registration: Please fill out the online registration form in detail at https://forms.gle/BJtWhtPffQPvjEKb8.
2. Submission Deadline: From now until September 15th, 2026 (Tuesday).
3. Participants must sign a copyright authorization agreement.
(V) Awards
1. One Grand Prize Winner: NT$12,000 and a certificate issued by the organization.
2. Two Merit Winners: NT$6,000 and a certificate issued by the organization.
3. Three Honorable Mentions: NT$2,000 and a certificate issued by the organization.
