The Administrative Committee has approved the establishment of the “Guidelines for the Subsidy and Incentive Program to Enhance Students’ Foreign Language Proficiency under the Higher Education Sprout Project at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology” on March 16, 2026.

These guidelines provide subsidies and incentives for STUST students who take language proficiency tests, including support for test registration fees and rewards based on test results.

The guidelines and application forms have been uploaded to the “Administrative Regulations Platform” (Document No. 3461235).
