二、「2026年全國大學生英語配音比賽」，由城市學校財團法人臺北城市科技大學主辦。

三、本比賽期望藉由戲劇、動畫等情境模擬，鼓勵學生積極融入英語發音、語調的練習，進而提昇英語的口語表達能力。

四、本比賽之目的，在於藉活動培養學生的自信心及榮譽心，且促進全國大專校院間語言學習經驗之交流。

I. The "2026 National College Student English Dubbing Competition" is organized by Taipei City University of Science and Technology Foundation.
