一、邀請經驗豐富的政府採購與履約管理名師分享重要議題：法規嚴謹趨勢下的物價波動調整、決標與開工日設定、工期展延與違約金糾紛、共同投標廠商停權認定、合約管理核心精神與預判等，詳細作第一線真實案例導引與解析，並提醒與預防現場突發狀況並避免履約爭議或瑕疵及如何精準預判降低風險，讓學員掌握高階實務處理技巧與專業視角，提早避開爭議盲點、維護專業清譽。

二、課程已經申請「公務人員終身學習時數認證」與行政院公共工程委員會核備為技師執業執照換發辦法「技師積分」規定之課程，並訂於115年04月24日（星期五）假高雄中國文化大學推廣教育部3F教室(高雄市前金區中正四路215號)舉辦。

I. Experienced government procurement and contract performance management experts will share insights on key topics: price fluctuation adjustments under increasingly stringent regulations, setting award and commencement dates, disputes over project delays and penalties, determination of suspension of joint bidders, core principles of contract management, and forecasting. The course will provide detailed guidance and analysis using real-world case studies, highlighting preventative measures for unexpected situations and avoiding contract disputes or defects. Participants will also learn how to accurately predict and mitigate risks, equipping them with advanced practical skills and a professional perspective to avoid potential disputes and maintain a professional reputation.

II. This course has been approved for "Civil Servant Lifelong Learning Hour Certification" and is covered by the Executive Yuan's Public Construction Commission under the "Technician Points" system for the renewal of technician licenses. It will be held on April 24th, 2026 (Friday) at the 3F classroom of the Continuing Education Department of Chinese Culture University, Kaohsiung (No. 215, Zhongzheng 4th Rd., Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City).
