工作內容
1. 教學任務(主要職責)
■授課方向: 主要針對 4–18 歲學生提供生動的英文課程。
■ 學生群: 國際化學生基礎,跨足香港、韓國、土耳其及非洲等地區。
■ 教材: 全面使用來自牛津 (Oxford)、劍橋 (Cambridge)、Barron's、
ETS 及國家地理 (National Geographic) 的頂級授課教材。
2. 教學營運(非授課時間)
支援教學計畫的日常運作,職責包括:
■ 課程排期與場次協調。
■學生學習進度追蹤與檔案管理。
■ 課程資源準備與品質檢查。
■ 老師、學生及內部團隊間的溝通支援。

具備條件

■ 就讀中或持有教育、英文文學、TESOL、TESL 或相關科系學位。
■ 具備 1 年以上教學或家教經驗(有線上教學經驗者優)。
■ 持有或正在考取教師證或 TESOL 證照。
■ 組織能力強、善於溝通,且對教育產業的營運模式充滿好奇心。
■ 歡迎具備優異學業表現且對教學有明確熱忱的社會新鮮人應徵。

Job Type: ■Full-time

Work Hours:
Early Shift: 11:00-20:00;
Evening Shift: 13:30-22:30 (Shift work required)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Teaching Tasks (Main Responsibilities)

■Teaching Focus: Providing engaging English courses primarily for students aged 4-18.

■Student Base: International student body, including students from Hong Kong, South Korea, Turkey, and Africa.

■Teaching Materials: Utilizing top-tier teaching materials from Oxford, Cambridge, Barron's, ETS, and National Geographic. 2. Teaching Operations (Non-Class Hours)
Support the daily operation of the teaching plan. Responsibilities include:

■ Course scheduling and session coordination.

■ Student learning progress tracking and file management.

■ Course resource preparation and quality control.

■ Communication support between teachers, students, and the internal team.

Qualifications

■ Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Education, English Literature, TESOL, TESL, or a related field.

■ At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (online teaching experience preferred).

■ Holding or currently pursuing a teacher's certificate or TESOL certification.

■ Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong curiosity about the operational models of the education industry.

■ Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance and a clear passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
