工作內容 品管人員：
1. 負責進料驗收、取樣、相關報表收集歸檔及退貨報告等原物料管理。
2. 負責產線製程sop管理、巡場查核、半成品檢驗確認、異常單管理、報表彙整/收集。
3. 各項產品/原料/作業區域/人員等微生物取樣、檢驗與分析。
4. 病媒蚊防治管理、報告收集與數據分析。
5. 化學品管理
6. 添加物製程檢驗
7. 添加物原料進貨產品檢驗抽樣
8. 添加物管理與盤點及核對
9. 除填寫紙本生產報表外，須熟悉電腦文書作業
10.官能品評作業與分析
11. 主管交辦事項

添加物管理人員：
1. 依生產計畫，規劃配料排程，並評估原物料之需求。
2. 配料進度控管與作業管理，確實執行工作目標。
3. 處理與追蹤原料異常與作業異常。
4. 盤點計畫作業，進行異常與差異分析
5. ERP之製令管理系統、庫存管理系統作業。
6. 食品添加物進出庫驗收清點，倉庫管理。
7. 主管交辦事項。

現場生管/現場儲備幹部：
入職培訓階段：
由產線幹部帶領了解產品線、物料與生產步驟，與現場人員共同作業，以熟
悉產線設備與製程。
工作說明：
1. 追蹤廠內之生產排程、交期及產量。
2. 依產銷協調結論與當日生產狀況，排定生產作業與人力配置，確實執行生
產目標。
3. 執行ISO22000\ FSSC22000管理系統，落實產線食品安全管理作業
。
4. 每日生產進度控管與人員報工作業維護，進行異常與差異分析。
5. 現場設備管理及落實保養計畫。
6. 提出有關生產操作改善、人力分配、設備安排等相關的改善建議。
7. 其他主管交辦事項。

Job Responsibilities: Quality Control Personnel:

1. Responsible for incoming material acceptance, sampling, collection and filing of relevant reports, and return reports, etc., for raw material management.

2. Responsible for production line SOP management, on-site inspection, semi-finished product inspection confirmation, anomaly management, and report compilation/collection.

3. Microbial sampling, testing, and analysis of various products/raw materials/work areas/personnel.

4. Vector mosquito control management, report collection, and data analysis. 5. Chemical Management

6. Additive Process Inspection

7. Sampling Inspection of Incoming Additive Raw Materials

8. Additive Management, Inventory, and Verification

9. In addition to completing paper production reports, familiarity with computerized document processing is required.

10. Sensory Evaluation and Analysis

Additive Management Personnel:

1. Plan ingredient scheduling according to the production plan and assess raw material requirements.

2. Control ingredient progress and manage operations to ensure work objectives are achieved.

3. Handle and track raw material and operational anomalies.

4. Plan inventory counts and perform anomaly and discrepancy analysis.

5. Operate the ERP manufacturing order management system and inventory management system.

6. Inbound and outbound inspection and inventory management of food additives.

7. Tasks assigned by supervisor.


On-site Production Supervisor/On-site Management Trainee:

Onboarding Training: Led by production line supervisors, trainees will familiarize themselves with the product line, materials, and production processes, working alongside on-site personnel to gain familiarity with production line equipment and processes.

Job Description:

1. Track factory production schedules, delivery dates, and output.

2. Based on production and sales coordination and daily production status, schedule production operations and manpower allocation to ensure production targets are met.

3. Implement ISO22000/FSSC22000 management systems and ensure food safety management on the production line.

4. Maintain daily production progress control and personnel reporting, and conduct anomaly and discrepancy analysis.

5. Manage on-site equipment and implement maintenance plans.

6. Propose improvements related to production operations, manpower allocation, and equipment arrangement.

7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
