各位師長、負責人，大四畢業生大家好：
　　115級畢業群育獎開放申請，群育獎為對課外活動有功之學生，在學期間擔任社團、系學會重要一職，並且品德及服務績效優良學生，請同學登入南臺科技大學電子信箱方可填單，由於有名額限制，並非所有申請人皆會獲獎，獲獎者也並非全員上台領獎，感謝同學留意。

申請截止日:115年4月28日(二)

資格說明：

1. 需為115級應屆畢業生(含五專、日二技、日四技、碩研、夜四技及降轉生等全部學制)。
2. 擔任學生會、學生議會、畢聯會、系學會以及各社團之正幹部滿1年(含以上)。
3. 舉辦活動擔任長級至少1次。

※全校預計1名擔任授獎代表上台領獎，請各社團轉知所屬單位應屆畢業生申請。

The Club Management Award is for students who have made significant contributions to extracurricular activities, held important positions in clubs or departmental societies during their studies, and demonstrated excellent character and service performance. Please log in to the Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology email address to fill out the application form. Due to limited slots, not all applicants will receive an award, and not all winners will be able to attend the ceremony. Thank you for your attention.

Application Deadline: April 28th, 2026 (Tuesday)

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be a 2026 graduating class (including all academic programs such as five-year junior college, two-year vocational college, four-year vocational college, master's degree, four-year evening vocational college, and transfer students).
2. Must have served as a principal officer in the Student Union, Student Council, Graduation Committee, departmental society, or various clubs for at least one year.

3. Must have served as a leader in organizing at least one event.
