近期氣溫回升且水情嚴峻，適逢媽祖遶境與年底選舉，大型活動場次頻率增加，為防範登革熱及屈公病疫情可能隨人潮聚集傳播，請大家務必配合病媒蚊防治工作，共同維護校園健康：

1. 徹底清除孳生源（巡、倒、清、刷）
-環境巡檢： 請各研究室、辦公室及教室落實環境清理，巡視盆栽底盤、積水容器並清除積水；公共區域若有積水容器，請倒掉內部積水，並盡速移除丟棄。
-高風險場域： 針對工地、資收區、空屋空地等易積水處，請加強巡查查核。

2. 落實自主健康管理
疑似症狀： 若出現發燒、頭痛、後眼窩痛、肌肉關節痛或出疹等症狀，請儘速就醫，並告知旅遊史。
即時通報： 若教職員工生有疑似個案，請務必通報衛生保健組，以利進行疫調與校安通報。

3. 防護建議
大型活動及戶外作業時，建議穿著淺色長袖衣褲，裸露皮膚處建議使用防蚊液，避免蚊蟲叮咬。

With recent temperature rises and severe flooding, coupled with the upcoming Matsu pilgrimage and year-end elections, the frequency of large-scale events has increased. To prevent the potential spread of dengue fever and chikungunya through crowds, please cooperate with mosquito control efforts to maintain campus health:

1. Thoroughly Eliminate Breeding Sources (Inspect, Empty, Clean, Scrub)

-Environmental Inspection: All research labs, offices, and classrooms should thoroughly clean their environments, inspect planter saucers and containers holding water, and remove any standing water. If there are containers holding water in public areas, please empty them and remove them immediately.

-High-Risk Areas: Strengthen inspections and checks on construction sites, asset recovery areas, vacant buildings, and other areas prone to water accumulation.

2. Implement Self-Health Management

Suspected Symptoms: If you experience symptoms such as fever, headache, retro-orbital pain, muscle and joint pain, or rash, please seek medical attention immediately and inform the doctor of your travel history. Immediate Reporting: If any faculty, staff, or student is suspected of having a case, please be sure to report it to the Health and Safety Team to facilitate epidemiological investigation and campus safety notification.

3. Protective Recommendations: During large events and outdoor work, it is recommended to wear light-colored long-sleeved clothing and trousers. Use mosquito repellent on exposed skin to avoid mosquito bites.
