主旨：國科會與德國學術交流總署(DAAD)共同徵求2027-2028年臺德(NSTC-DAAD)雙邊合作研究人員交流互訪計畫，自即日起受理申請至115年6月4日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依國科會與德國DAAD簽訂雙邊科技合作備忘錄，共同徵求旨揭計畫。
二、計畫申請書須由雙方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別向國科會及DAAD提出。任一方未收到申請書，合作案不成立。
三、獲選計畫執行期程預訂自2027年1月1日開始，為期2年，我方以雙邊人員交流計畫方式補助。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) are jointly soliciting proposals for the 2027-2028 Taiwan-Germany (NSTC-DAAD) bilateral collaborative researcher exchange program. Applications are open from now until June 4, 2026 (internal deadline is [date to be filled in]).

Notes:
1. This solicitation is based on the Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral scientific and technological cooperation signed between NSTC and DAAD.

2. Applications must be jointly developed by the project leaders of both parties and submitted separately to both NSTC and DAAD. Failure to receive an application from either party will disqualify the collaboration.

3. The selected program is scheduled to run for two years, beginning January 1, 2027, and will be funded through a bilateral personnel exchange program. Applications not yet funded will not be accepted.

4. Application guidelines and related information have been published on the NSTC website.
