工作內容
1.執行電鍍表面處理技術之測試及評估。
2.建立生產SOP及監控電鍍品質，確保製程穩定性。
3.建立電鍍藥水分析方法及報表製作。
4.現有電鍍設備優化評估及新製程設備評估。
5.電鍍產品異常分析及改善。
6.跨部門協調溝通及人員管理
7.配合主管完成交辦事項，支援相關專案及技術需求。

Work Location: No. 13, Lane 38, Zhongyi 1st Street, Yijia Village, Rende District, Tainan City

Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 08:00-17:00

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform testing and evaluation of electroplating surface treatment technologies.

2. Establish production SOPs and monitor electroplating quality to ensure process stability.

3. Establish electroplating chemical analysis methods and report generation.

4. Optimize and evaluate existing electroplating equipment and new process equipment.

5. Analyze and improve electroplating product anomalies.

6. Cross-departmental coordination and communication, and personnel management.

7. Assist supervisors in completing assigned tasks and support related projects and technical needs.

Requirements

1. Background in STEM/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

2. Basic Chinese communication skills
