一、為提升學生英語能力並縮短城鄉資源落差，本部國民及學前教育署自110年起建置「Cool English酷英網英語線上學習平臺」，提供全國教師及學生免費之英語學習與檢測資源，並自114學年度起擴充新增大專區，辦理「英語自主檢測系統B2級別題庫建置計畫」，發展涵蓋聽、說、讀、寫各向度之測驗題庫，供大專校院學生自主檢測英語能力使用。

二、有關旨揭說明會資訊如下：
(一)辦理方式：線上說明會。
(二)場次：
１、第1場：115年5月28日（星期四）14時至15時10分。
２、第2場：115年6月4日（星期四）14時至15時10分。
(三)報名方式：採線上報名，即日起至各場次前1日截止，額滿為止（每場次上限450人）。
(四)注意事項：
１、說明會期間將提供簽到及回饋表單連結，請與會人員務必於各該場次結束前完成線上簽到。
２、如需研習時數，請於回饋表單中備註，主辦單位將核發電子版時數證明。

I. To improve students' English proficiency and narrow the resource gap between urban and rural areas, the National and Preschool Education Administration of the Ministry of Education has established the "Cool English Online Learning Platform" since 110, providing free English learning and testing resources for teachers and students nationwide. Starting in the 114 academic year, the platform has been expanded to include colleges and universities, implementing the "English Self-Assessment System B2 Level Question Bank Construction Project." This project develops a question bank covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for college and university students to use for self-assessment of their English proficiency.

II. Information regarding the information sessions is as follows:

(a) Format: Online information session.

(b) Sessions:

1. Session 1: May 28, 2026 (Thu), 2:00 PM to 3:10 PM.

2. Session 2: June 4, 2026 (Thu), 2:00 PM to 3:10 PM.
(III) Registration Method: Online registration is required from now until one day before each session, on a first-come, first-served basis (maximum of 450 people per session).

(IV) Notes:

1. A check-in and feedback form will be provided during the briefing session. All attendees must complete the online check-in before the end of each session.

2. If you require study hours, please indicate this in the feedback form. The organizer will issue an electronic proof of the hours.
