一、為鼓勵教師投入開放教育行列，實現「聯合國SDGs目標4：確保有教無類、公平以及高品質的教育，及提倡終身學習」永續發展目標，特辦理開放教育卓越獎之徵選，設立「開放教育優良課程獎」、「開放教育數位教學資源運用獎」，邀請大專院校共同參與。

二、開放教育數位教學資源運用獎：授課方式採取結合開放教育資源之課程（如運用拍攝之OCW、MOOCs影片當教材之課程、運用Open Textbook當教材之課程，或使用其他OER資源組合並整合OER的教案）之大專校院教師，分為學校組及個人組兩組，學校組每校可推薦1位教師代表參加，個人組可自行報名參加。

三、開放教育優良課程獎：持續推動開放教育課程（OCW、MOOCs等）之大專校院已完成並取得CC授權且未曾獲得校外獎項之開放式課程影片，分OCW組與MOOCs（或微學習）組兩組，每校可各推薦1門課程參加。

四、申請截止日：至115年6月12日（五）中午12：00止。

五、報名請至聯盟網頁「最新消息」於其所載之115年臺灣開放教育卓越獎徵選網報名系統進行報名（網址：www.tocec.org.tw ）。

六、審查結果擬於115年9月30日前公告於聯盟網頁。

七、頒獎與經驗分享：獲得特優及優等之獎項，主辦單位擬邀請其授課教師參與開放教育國際研討會、臺灣教育科技展或OE Global辦理之活動進行經驗分享，地點及舉辦方式將另行通知獲獎者及其推薦學校。

八、參與OE Global 之OE Award獎項徵選活動：獲得「開放教育數位教學資源運用獎」學校組特優獎項教師，將推薦參與隔年全球開放教育組織於5月份辦理之OE Award獎項徵選活動。

九、檢附「115年臺灣開放教育卓越獎徵選活動實施計畫」如附件。

I. To encourage teachers to engage in open education and achieve the UN SDGs Goal 4: Ensuring equitable, high-quality, and lifelong learning, we are holding an Open Education Excellence Award competition, establishing the "Open Education Excellent Course Award" and the "Open Education Digital Teaching Resource Utilization Award," inviting colleges and universities to participate.

II. Open Education Digital Teaching Resource Utilization Award: This award is for college and university teachers whose teaching methods incorporate open education resources (such as courses using filmed OCW or MOOC videos as teaching materials, courses using Open Textbook as teaching materials, or lesson plans combining and integrating other OER resources). The competition is divided into two groups: a school group and an individual group. Each school can recommend one teacher to participate in the school group, while individuals can register independently.

III. Open Education Excellent Course Award: This award recognizes colleges and universities that have continuously promoted open education courses (OCW, MOOCs, etc.), completed open course videos with CC authorization, and which have not previously received external awards. The awards are divided into two groups: OCW and MOOCs (or Micro-learning). Each school may recommend one course from each group.

IV. Application Deadline: 12:00 noon on June 12, 2026 (Friday).

V. Registration: Please register through the 2026 Taiwan Open Education Excellence Award application system (www.tocec.org.tw) under the "Latest News" section of the alliance website.

VI. The review results are expected to be announced on the alliance website before September 30, 2026.

VII. Award Ceremony and Experience Sharing: The organizers plan to invite the instructors of the recipients of the Special Excellence and Excellent awards to participate in the Open Education International Symposium, the Taiwan Educational Technology Exhibition, or events organized by OE Global to share their experiences. The location and format will be announced separately to the winners and their recommending schools. 8. Participation in the OE Global OE Award Selection: Teachers who receive the Outstanding Award in the School Group of the "Open Education Digital Teaching Resource Utilization Award" will be recommended to participate in the OE Award selection event held by the Open Education Global Organization in May of the following year.
