主旨：國科會與法國國家健康與醫學研究院（Inserm）共同徵求2027年人員交流互訪計畫及雙邊研討會，自即日起受理申請至2026年9月10日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依據國科會與Inserm簽署之合作協議，共同徵求旨揭計畫。
二、計畫申請書須由臺法雙方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別向國科會及Inserm提出。臺方計畫申請案須經主持人任職機構於系統中彙整送出，逾期不予受理。
三、獲選計畫預訂自2027年2月1日開始執行，為期1年。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC and the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm) are jointly soliciting proposals for personnel exchange programs and bilateral seminars in 2027. Applications are open from now until September 10, 2026 (internal deadline is September 10, 2026).

Notes:
1. This solicitation is based on the cooperation agreement signed between NSTC and Inserm.

2. Application forms must be jointly completed by the project leaders from both Taiwan and France and submitted separately to NSTC and Inserm. Taiwanese applications must be compiled and submitted through the system by the project leader's institution; late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Selected projects are scheduled to begin implementation on February 1, 2027, for a period of one year. Applications not awarded funding will not be accepted.
