一、本中心長期致力於英語教師及專業教師研習課程之研發與推廣，並配合教育部雙語教育政策，與各大專校院合作辦理「全英語授課」（English as a Medium of Instruction, EMI）教師增能課程，協助教師提升全英語授課之教學知能與實務能力。
二、為促進EMI教學資源普及並提升教師自主學習機會，本中心特與「ewant育網」開放教育平台合作，精選4個EMI教師增能課程模組，提供教師免費線上研習資源（https://lttc.tw/fdOWO5），內容涵蓋：
(一)英語作為通用語（ELF）之教與學思維
(二)課堂專題討論的互動技巧
(三)「學習導向評量」的EMI實踐
(四)進階課室英語
三、前述4個主題聚焦EMI教學與評量核心議題，結合理論與實務案例，課程總時數約3小時，共24個單元。各單元並提供自我評量，供教師自主彈性運用。
四、本中心另提供多項EMI教師增能進階課程模組（如跨文化溝通、口語表達訓練、AI與科技輔助教學、微型教學與同儕觀摩等），可依各校需求規劃實體或線上同步課程，提供更完整之系統性培訓方案。

I. Our center is committed to the research and promotion of training courses for English as a Medium of Instruction (ELF) teachers and professional teachers. In line with the Ministry of Education's bilingual education policy, we collaborate with universities and colleges to offer "English as a Medium of Instruction" (EMI) teacher training courses, assisting teachers in improving their teaching knowledge and practical skills in English-only instruction.

II. To promote the dissemination of EMI teaching resources and enhance teachers' self-directed learning opportunities, our center has partnered with the "ewantedu" open education platform to offer four carefully selected EMI teacher training course modules, providing teachers with free online learning resources (https://lttc.tw/fdOWO5). The content covers:

(I) Teaching and Learning Mindsets for English as a Medium of Instruction (ELF)

(II) Interactive Techniques for Classroom Discussions

(III) EMI Practice of "Learning-Oriented Assessment"

(IV) Advanced Classroom English

III. The aforementioned four themes focus on core issues of EMI teaching and assessment, combining theory and practical case studies. The total course duration is approximately 3 hours, comprising 24 units. Each unit provides a self-assessment tool for teachers to use flexibly.

IV. Our center also offers several EMI teacher training modules (such as cross-cultural communication, oral expression training, AI and technology-assisted teaching, micro-teaching and peer observation, etc.), which can be planned in person or online according to the needs of each school, providing a more complete and systematic training solution.
