一、財團法人台灣尤努斯基金會（以下簡稱本會）為發揚2006年諾貝爾和平獎得主穆罕默德‧尤努斯教授所倡議之「零淨碳排放、零貧窮、零失業」三零願景，特辦理「三零行動家青年行動提案競賽」。尤努斯教授亦鼓勵青年關注社會議題，並透過成立三零社團，提出具體可行之解決方案，實際付諸行動，提升青年公共參與力、促進永續社會之發展。

二、提案主題須聚焦台灣地區之社會議題，或符合聯合國17項永續發展指標（SDGs），以實踐「零淨碳排放、零貧窮、零失業」之三零願景。

三、參加對象為18至35歲具有學士、碩士、博士在學身分之青年。

1. The competition aims to promote the “Three Zeros” vision—zero net carbon emissions, zero poverty, and zero unemployment—advocated by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. It encourages young people to engage with social issues, propose practical solutions through “Three Zeros” initiatives, and take action to enhance civic participation and support sustainable social development.

2. Proposal topics should focus on social issues in Taiwan or align with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to the realization of the “Three Zeros” vision.

3. Eligibility: Youth aged 18 to 35 who are currently enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral programs.
