一、本競賽將邀請全國大專院校學子發揮創意，針對澎湖南方四島中的東吉嶼和東嶼坪嶼具潛力的公共空間、閒置建物或空地進行改造，結合「景觀美化」與「生活機能」目標，打造兼具美學與實用性的藝術設置或公共空間。

二、參賽資格為具全國大專院校「在學」身分之學生(含碩、博士生) (可跨系所、跨校組隊）。

1. This competition invites college and university students nationwide to propose creative designs for the transformation of potential public spaces, vacant buildings, or open areas on Dongji Island and Dongyuping Island in the South Penghu Marine National Park. Proposals should integrate landscape aesthetics and functional living needs to create artistic installations or public spaces that combine beauty and practicality.

2. Eligibility: Currently enrolled students from colleges and universities nationwide (including master’s and doctoral students). Cross-department and cross-university teams are allowed.
