一、中籤名單查詢時間：115年5月6日下午17時後，查詢網址
中籤查詢：https://aura.stust.edu.tw/dorm_draw_old/board.aspx

二、中籤查詢時將顯示中籤房型與登記方案或候補序號；若未中籤，則顯示未中籤；如同學未登記，將無法進入系統查詢。

三、中籤宿舍床位欲放棄者，請填寫下列表單，以利床位釋出給候補的同學。

四、候補名單：如果您未中籤而是抽中候補，在查詢時即會顯示您的候補序號。5月19日起將釋出第一批候補床位，候補床位數依舊生中籤未繳費/放棄釋出之床位為主。第二批候補床位為九月初新生候補結束後展開。電話通知候補時請密切注意接聽電話，通知三次未果即取消候補並通知下一序號同學(臉書粉絲專頁會更新候補序號)。如未入候補名單或未登記但仍願意等待宿舍者，可再度線上登記候補，惟候補時間須等到新生床位候補完畢有床位才會再通知。

五、繳費規定：
(一)凡申請住宿中籤者，其第一學期住宿費應於繳費期限內完成繳費，未完成繳費視同放棄住宿。
(二)繳費日程預定於115年5月11日起至5月18日止辦理。
(三)凡中籤者一律於公告繳費期間內完成繳費，若欲申請辦理就學貸款的同學，亦須於公告繳費時間內先行完成繳費或上網填寫住宿繳費保證書，新學年度再至銀行辦理就學貸款(如有問題請洽生輔組)，否則視同棄權論。

(四)繳完住宿費同學須於115年9月7日前，上網做「確認」的程序，建議將住宿確認單(生活公約保證書)列印下來自行留存。

七、為服務同學，如以一般／保障方案中籤同房型欲同住者，請於2026/5/15前將欲同住者學號、姓名、中籤房型資料郵寄至sunnyshih@stust.edu.tw承辦人信箱，非同房型或以寢室長登記者不予安排，逾時不候。

a. Once you apply for the dorm, you need to pay the dorm fee for 2025 Fall semester first to keep your reservation.
b. You can pay the dorm fee during 2026/5/11 to 2026/5/18.
c. If you have any difficulty that you cannot pay the fee during the paying period, please log in the following google form and complete the procedure.

7. If you didn't apply the dorm with roommate selection plan and want to stay with your friends, please send an email(with your student ID numbers, names and the room type ) to Ms. Sunny Shih before May 15. Late applications will not be accepted.
