I. The "General English Proficiency Test" Advanced Test is designed to assess advanced English communication and academic English skills, with a testing level equivalent to the CEFR "Fluency Level" (Level C). It is suitable for senior management personnel, education service professionals, those involved in international negotiations, diplomacy and international news, and trade practitioners.

III. This test is widely recognized by public and private institutions as a reference for human resource assessment and recruitment. It is also used in special examinations for diplomatic personnel, the Ministry of Education's all-English teacher training courses, teacher training courses for primary and secondary school English majors, and for elementary school teachers to add English expertise. 4.
