國科會徵求「智慧健康產學聯盟計畫」，採隨到隨審，審查通過之計畫將依實際核定日期開始執行(非固定起始日)。

【計畫摘要說明】 (詳請參閱附檔)
一、徵求重點：聚焦於「臨床診療之醫護需求」、「照護場域之環境AI應用」、「居家與偏鄉之醫療/健康照護系統」。
二、申請資格：由聯盟中之醫院機構或學校提出申請，並與企業共組聯盟，發展軟硬整合之智慧健康解決方案。主要驗證場域須在大南方地區，或大南方地區解決方案無法應用的偏鄉地區。
三、補助額度：每案3千萬元為上限。
四、企業配合款：不得少於案件總經費50%，得以提供設備抵出資，惟其總和不得超過配合款總和之60%。
五、執行年限：至多二年期研提，並採分年核定。
六、申請方式：採國科會網站線上申請，計畫類別選擇「產學合作計畫(隨到隨審)」，計畫歸屬選擇「產學處」，研究型別選擇「個別型計畫」，學門代碼請勾選「T99-專案」(T9903產學研發聯盟合作計畫)，依序填列製作完整計畫書。
七、各階段申請時程：
(一)申請人階段
1.請申請人完成線上申請作業，並打電話請助教至國科會線上系統確認。
2.繳交簽章紙本：將國科會各類計畫主持人學術倫理聲明書(附檔04)、國科會補助產學合作研究計畫主持人利益迴避聲明書(附檔05)或抵出資比評價資料、簽呈等簽章紙本繳交至系辦。
(二)系所
1.線上系統確認送出：至國科會線上系統協助查核並確認申請人資格。
2.繳交之簽核紙本：
(1)印出計畫申請樣張(系主任簽章即可)。
(2)國科會各類計畫主持人學術倫理聲明書、國科會補助產學合作研究計畫主持人利益迴避聲明書或抵出資比評價資料、簽呈等簽章紙本。

NSTC is soliciting proposals for the "Smart Health Industry-Academia Alliance Project." Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and approved projects will commence implementation on the actual approved date (not a fixed start date).

【Project Summary】 (Please refer to the attached document for details)
I. Key Focus Areas: The focus is on "clinical healthcare needs," "AI applications in care settings," and "home and rural healthcare systems."

II. Eligibility: Applications must be submitted by hospitals or schools within the alliance, forming an alliance with enterprises to develop integrated hardware and software smart health solutions. The primary verification site must be in the greater southern region or rural areas where solutions from the greater southern region cannot be applied.

III. Subsidy Amount: A maximum of NT$30 million per project.

IV. Enterprise Contribution: Enterprises must contribute no less than 50% of the total project cost, including equipment, but the total contribution cannot exceed 60% of the total contribution.

V. Implementation Period: A maximum of two years for research and development, with approval granted annually.

VI. Application Method: Applications will be accepted online through NSTC website.
