國科會徵求116年度「產學技術聯盟合作計畫(產學小聯盟)」，請申請人須於115年8月24日(星期一)上午8時前(校內截止日)完成線上申請作業，逾期恕不受理~!

【計畫摘要說明】 (詳請參閱附檔)
一、計畫目的：鼓勵學校教授運用已研發成熟之技術能量成立核心技術實驗室，以聯盟形式對外招募企業會員提供技術服務。
二、計畫執行重點：
(一)第一期：奠定自主營運基礎，以營運收入達成自主營運為目標。
(二)第二期(含第二期屆滿後)：推動聯盟升級，擴大服務能量(跨領域、跨區域)與強化在地連結(連結在地產業聚落、與公協會合作)。
三、執行期程：採分年核定多年期，執行期間為當年2月1日至隔年1月31日止。
四、經費補助：每年以新臺幣300萬元為限。
五、116年度補助機制調整：
(一)刪除原補助二期六年限制規定，新增聯盟於執行滿二期(六年)後，得採逐年申請方式續行推動。
(二)新增執行第一期(三年內)聯盟計畫主持人得編列研究主持費。
【各階段申請期程】
(一)申請人階段
1.線上系統申請：請申請人須於115年8月24日(一)上午8時前完成線上申請作業，逾期恕不受理~!
2.打電話告知系辦：請申請人須於115年8月24日(一)中午12時前，打電話告知助教至國科會線上系統確認。
3.繳交簽章紙本：請於115年8月24日(一)中午12時前，將「國科會各類計畫主持人學術倫理聲明書(附檔07)」繳交至系辦。
(二)系所階段
請系所協助於115年8月24日(一)中午12時前完成以下作業：
1.線上系統確認送出：至國科會線上系統協助查核並確認申請人資格。
2.繳交之簽核紙本：
(1)印出計畫申請樣張(系主任簽章即可，無須送人事室)。
(2)國科會各類計畫主持人學術倫理聲明書之簽章紙本。

NSTC is soliciting applications for the 2027 "Industry-Academia Technology Alliance Cooperation Project (Industry-Academia Small Alliance)". Applicants must complete the online application process by 8:00 AM on Monday, August 24, 2026 (the deadline for internal applications). Late applications will not be accepted.

【Project Summary】 (Please refer to the attached document for details)
I. Project Objectives: To encourage university professors to establish core technology laboratories using their mature technological capabilities, and to recruit corporate members to provide technical services in the form of an alliance.

II. Project Implementation Focus:

(a) Phase 1: Laying the foundation for independent operation, with the goal of achieving independent operation through operating revenue.

(b) Phase 2 (including after the expiration of Phase 2): Promoting alliance upgrades, expanding service capabilities (cross-domain, cross-regional) and strengthening local connections (connecting with local industry clusters, cooperating with public associations).

III. Implementation Period: The project will be approved on a multi-year basis, with the implementation period from February 1st of the current year to January 31st of the following year. IV. Funding: Limited to NT$3 million annually.

V. Adjustments to the 2027 Funding Mechanism:

(I) The original two-phase, six-year limit on funding has been removed. Newly established alliances may continue their projects through annual applications after completing two phases (six years).

(II) Newly established alliance project leaders completing their first phase (within three years) may be allocated research leadership fees.
