一、本案徵文對象為就讀於教育部立案之國內大學或獨立學院，並於民國113學年度起至徵選截止日前（即113年8月1日起至115年8月31日止）已通過論文學位口試之博士、碩士(有中華民國國籍者)，受理投稿日期時間為即日起至115年8月31日止。

I. This call for papers is open to doctoral and master's degree candidates (with Republic of China citizenship) enrolled in domestic universities or independent colleges registered with the Ministry of Education, who have passed their thesis oral examinations from the 2024-2025 academic year until the submission deadline (August 1, 2024 to August 31, 2026). The submission period is from now until August 31, 2026.

II. This project and related forms will also be simultaneously announced on the Ministry of Health and Welfare website (https://www.mohw.gov.tw/) under Homepage/News/Events/Competition Submissions.
