主旨：國科會與英國自然環境研究委員會（NERC）共同徵求2027-2028年度雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫，自即日起受理申請至2026年7月13日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依據國科會與英國NERC簽署之合作備忘錄辦理。
二、臺方計畫主持人須為刻正執行國科會補助研究類計畫主持人，並於該計畫項下擴充加值為國際合作計畫，補助經費項目及規定，請參閱申請須知。
三、本計畫之執行期程預期自2027年2月1日至2029年1月31日止，為期2年，雙方共同研究計畫之執行期間須相同。
四、徵求公告詳如附件，同步於國科會網站/動態資訊/計畫徵求公告，雙方計畫主持人分別依國科會及英國NERC之規定辦理。

Subject: NSTC and the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) of the UK are jointly soliciting applications for international collaborative research projects under a bilateral agreement for the 2027-2028 academic year. Applications are open from now until July 13, 2026 (internal deadline is [date]).

Notes:
1. This process is based on the Memorandum of Understanding signed between NSTC and NERC.

2. The Taiwanese project leader must be currently managing an NSTC-funded research project and must be undertaking an international collaborative project with added value under that project. For details regarding funding items and regulations, please refer to the application guidelines.

3. The project's execution period is expected to be from February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2029, a period of two years. The execution periods for joint research projects from both parties must be identical.

4. The detailed solicitation notice is attached and is simultaneously available on the NSTC website under the "News" section/"Project Solicitation Announcement" section.
