一、參賽者須以飛安宣導主題，自行擬定影片內容並拍攝製作；參賽對象不限年齡，個人或團隊皆可參加。

1. Participants are required to create and produce original short videos based on the theme of aviation safety promotion. The contest is open to all ages, and both individual and team participation are allowed.
