一、依外交部115年5月25日外拉美中字第1150022083號函及駐貝里斯大使館同年月19日貝里字第11563001740號函副本辦理。
二、查貝里斯政府與貝里斯大學(University of Belize, UB)將於明(116)年1月至10月循例辦理「英語課程獎學金計畫」(Certificate in English as a Second Language, CESL)，提供我8名獎學金名額就讀UB之「區域語言中心」(Regional Language Center, RLC)英語課程，除免學雜費外，亦提供每名受奬生每月生活補助費600貝幣(折合約300美元)。
三、獎學金相關資訊如下：
(一)申請日期：115年4月20日至7月31日。
(二)國籍及學歷限制：18歲以上，具我有效國籍及高中(含)以上學歷。
(三)受獎生預計抵貝日期：116年1月11日。
(四)學期：116年1月至10月。
(五)申請方式：請在上述期間內將申請表格及相關文件電郵至admissions@ub.edu.bz及rlcinfo@ub.edu.bz報名申請。
四、檢附駐貝里斯大使館新聞稿、獎學金中英文簡介及申請表各1份供參。

I. This is in accordance with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs letter No. 1150022083 dated May 25, 2026, and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Belize letter No. 11563001740 dated May 19, 2026.

II. The Belizean government and the University of Belize (UB) will, as usual, conduct the "Certificate in English as a Second Language" (CESL) scholarship program from January to October of next year (2026), providing 8 scholarships for students to study English courses at UB's Regional Language Center (RLC). In addition to tuition and fees waivers, each scholarship recipient will receive a monthly living allowance of 600 Belizean dollars (approximately US$300).

III. Scholarship information is as follows:

(a) Application period: April 20 to July 31, 2026.

(b) Nationality and Educational Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, possess valid Taiwanese citizenship, and have a high school diploma or higher.

(c) Expected Arrival Date for Scholarship Recipients in Belize: January 11, 2027.

(d) Academic Year: January to October 2027.

(e) Application Method: Please submit your application form and supporting documents via email to admissions@ub.edu.bz and rlcinfo@ub.edu.bz during the aforementioned period.
