一、為協助各級學校、政府機關(構)、工業區及企業培育淨零碳管理與溫室氣體盤查專業人才，特辦理「iPAS淨零碳規劃管理師實務應用研習課程」，課程內容涵蓋 ISO14064-1溫室氣體盤查主任查證員訓練及 iPAS 淨零碳管理師實務應用等內容。

二、課程資訊如下：
(一)溫室氣體盤查主任查證員訓練班：115年7月6日（星期一）至7月10日（星期五）08:00－17:00，共5天40小時。
(二)iPAS淨零碳管理師（初級）訓練班：115年7月13日（星期一）08:00－17:00，共1天8小時。
(三)課程地點：國立東華大學環海學院A128室（花蓮縣壽豐鄉大學路二段1號）。
(四)招生人數：實體150名，線上人數不限。
(五)報名期限：即日起至115年6月30日（星期二）17時止。

I. To assist schools, government agencies, industrial parks, and enterprises at all levels in cultivating professionals in net-zero carbon management and greenhouse gas inventory, a "practical application training course for iPAS net-zero carbon planning and management professionals" is being offered. The course content covers ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory lead auditor training and the practical application of iPAS net-zero carbon management professionals.

II. Course information is as follows:

(a) Greenhouse Gas Inventory Lead Auditor Training Course: July 6th (Monday) to July 10th (Friday), 2026, 08:00-17:00, 5 days, 40 hours.

(b) iPAS Net-Zero Carbon Management Professional (Beginner) Training Course: July 13th (Monday), 2026, 08:00-17:00, 1 day, 8 hours.

(c) Course Location: Room A128, College of Marine and Environmental Sciences, National Dong Hwa University (No. 1, Section 2, University Road, Shoufeng Township, Hualien County). (IV) Enrollment Quota: 150 in-person students; unlimited online enrollment.
