為使國內醫療院所以親善、尊重的態度，提供符合國際健康照護服務品質標準之青少年全方位照護關懷，國健署自107年起推動「青少年親善照護機構認證」，並於114年改制為「青少年健康促進服務友善機構」，鼓勵醫療院所提升青少年健康照護品質。機構服務對象可涵蓋大專校院之學生及其家屬或監護人，學生或家長可視其需求，逕洽各機構提供服務。附件為衛福部國健署114年「青少年健康促進服務友善機構」名單，目前台南市僅成功大學附設醫院符合機構標準

To ensure that domestic medical institutions provide comprehensive care for adolescents in a friendly and respectful manner, meeting international standards of healthcare service quality, the Health Promotion Administration (HPA) has been promoting the "Adolescent-Friendly Care Institution Certification" since 2018, which was restructured into the "Adolescent Health Promotion Service Friendly Institution" in 2025. This initiative encourages medical institutions to improve the quality of adolescent health care. These institutions can serve university and college students and their families or guardians. Students and parents can directly contact the institutions to access services based on their needs. The attached list is of the HPA's "Adolescent Health Promotion Service Friendly Institutions" for 2025. Currently, only the National Cheng Kung University Hospital in Tainan City meets the criteria. For inquiries about qualified institutions in other counties and cities, please refer to the attached list.
