一、為協助地方創生團隊掌握傳統農業轉型關鍵,並提升農特產品之市場競爭力,該校臺南市地方創生專案辦公室特辦理旨揭活動。本次講座聚焦兩大核心:
(一)農特產品開發策略: 引領學員從市場需求出發,理解產品定位、品牌敘事、包裝設計與通路策略之整合關係,建立完整之商品開發思維。
(二)實戰案例與經驗分享: 邀請具實務經驗之地方團隊,分享從原料選擇、產品打樣、品牌建立至上架銷售之歷程與關鍵決策,掌握可落地之操作方法。

I. To assist local revitalization teams in mastering the key to traditional agricultural transformation and enhancing the market competitiveness of agricultural products, the Tainan City Local Revitalization Project Office of this school is organizing this event. This lecture focuses on two core areas:
(I) Agricultural Product Development Strategies: Guiding participants to understand the integrated relationship between product positioning, brand narrative, packaging design, and distribution strategies, starting from market demand, and establishing a complete product development mindset.
(II) Practical Case Studies and Experience Sharing: Inviting local teams with practical experience to share their journey and key decisions from raw material selection, product prototyping, brand building to product launch and sales, providing practical operational methods.
