To enhance the service quality of the 12th Floor Multimedia Area , the Office of Library and Information Services will conduct summer maintenance and preparation work. This includes audiovisual equipment maintenance, collection organizing, service space adjustments, and system integration testing.


Consequently, the 12th Floor Multimedia Area (including audiovisual materials and children’s book services) will be temporarily closed from Monday, June 29, 2026, to Sunday, July 19, 2026. During this period, equipment testing, system calibration, and environment optimization will be carried out to provide faculty and students with a more stable and complete user experience.


This maintenance is scheduled during the summer when demand is lower to minimize the impact on readers. If the work is completed ahead of schedule, a separate announcement will be made regarding the reopening.
