一、依立法院人事處115年6月11日台立人字第1151400821號函辦理。

二、凡於當學年度或上一學年度，以中文撰寫我國國會相關議題之博、碩士論文（如我國國會之制度、功能、地位、議事、建築及公費助理法制等相關國會主題），取得教育部認可之國內公私立大學院校研究所博、碩士學位者皆得申請。申請時間為每年七月一日起至七月三十一日止。

I. This application is processed in accordance with Letter No. 1151400821 dated June 11, 2026, from the Personnel Department of the Legislative Yuan.

II. Applicants who, in the current or previous academic year, wrote a doctoral or master's thesis in Chinese on topics related to the National Assembly of Taiwan (such as the system, functions, status, procedures, architecture, and the system of publicly funded assistants for the National Assembly), and obtained a doctoral or master's degree from a domestic public or private university recognized by the Ministry of Education, are eligible to apply. The application period is from July 1st to July 31st each year.
