一、為廣納社會各界研究著作，汲取研究成果及政策建議，作為臺北市政府政策擬定之參考，臺北市政府研究發展考核委員會歷年辦理臺北市政府獎勵研究報告運用資料作業，廣徵各界作品（如附件）。

二、凡運用北市府開放資料（含資料開放平臺之本府各機關開放資料集、各機關網站所公開資料，或依法向各機關申請獲准提供之資料），從事政策相關研究，研究建議可供北市府參採者，即日起歡迎踴躍投件，獲獎作品除提供獎勵金外，將於市政會議公開表揚。

三、參獎研究報告之類型為刊登於國際或國內具審查機制專業性學術期刊之論文、各大專院校之碩博士論文、針對特定主題所企劃撰寫之專書，或至少2萬字以上之具封面及目錄之研究報告，研究領域及議題不拘；另提供北市府施政重點、近年1999話務及陳情系統十大熱門諮詢議題供參（如附件），非屬前述領域者，亦歡迎投件。

四、另為維持研究新近性，投件作品限於最近1年內所發表者；若以論文形式參獎者，請避免改動已發表之作品，致生學術倫理之疑慮。

I. To gather research findings and policy recommendations from all sectors of society for the Taipei City Government's policy-making process, the Taipei City Government Research, Development and Evaluation Committee conducts annual surveys on the use of data in research reports for the Taipei City Government Awards, soliciting submissions from all sectors (see attachment).

II. Entities utilizing open data from the Taipei City Government (including open data collections from various agencies on the open data platform, publicly available data from agency websites, or data legally obtained from agencies) to conduct policy-related research, and whose research recommendations are suitable for the Taipei City Government's consideration, are welcome to submit their work starting immediately. Winning entries will receive a prize and will be publicly commended at the City Council meeting.

III. Submitted research reports should include papers published in international or domestic professional academic journals with censorship mechanisms, master's and doctoral theses from universities and colleges, monographs planned and written on a specific topic, or research reports of at least 20,000 words with a cover and table of contents. There are no restrictions on research fields or topics. Additionally, we provide the Taipei City Government's policy priorities and the top ten most popular consultation topics in the 1999 call center and petition system for reference (as attached). Submissions from fields not mentioned above are also welcome.

IV. To maintain the relevance of research, submitted works must have been published within the last year. If submitting a paper, please avoid altering previously published work, as this may raise concerns about academic ethics.

VI. The application period for this year is from now until August 31, 2026 (based on postmark).
