◆7/1至7/31止因學籍轉換，文件申請自動化繳費機與線上文件申請系統暫停接受「中英文在學證明書」申請。

◆學生若有在學證明需求，可免費持學生證正反面影本，連同正本至註冊組辦公室蓋章即可。
　日間學制學生請於週一至週五日間行政上班時間(8:30~12:00、13:30~17:30)至L103辦公室辦理。
　進修學制學生請於週一至週五夜間行政上班時間(15:00~17:00、18:00~22:00)至S101辦公室辦理。

◆同學暑假返家或參加比賽急需要在學證明者，請依上述說明提早申請。

◆From 1 Jul. to 31 Jul. 2026, the Certificate of Enrollment (“COE”) in the Document Kiosk is out of service due to administrative updates.

◆Daytime program students who require the COE can apply for the simplified version at the Registration Office (L103) during office hours (Mon. thru Fri., 8:30~17:30). Please bring BOTH the original and a copy of the student card (front and back sides) to L103. The copy will be stamped "registered" after verification.
