衛生局於115年7月26日（星期日）辦理115年《療癒不孤單：一起談心與新》講座，敬請踴躍報名參加。

一、本次以書籍《你以為你在談戀愛，其實你在越級打怪：戀上病態人格者的自救與療癒之路》為媒介，邀請作者森女慈慈，分享在經歷家庭、愛情等人際互動上的挫折，過程中自我懷疑、自我覺察、求助、住院，復原等歷程。期許藉由作者的經歷分享，進一步推廣自殺防治及心理健康資源。

The Health Bureau will hold a lecture entitled "Healing Is Not Alone: ​​Heart-to-Heart Talks and New Beginnings" on July 26th, 2026 (Sunday). All are welcome to register.

I. This lecture will use the book "You Think You're in Love, But You're Actually Fighting a Monster Beyond Your Level: The Self-Help and Healing Path of a Person with a Pathological Personality Disorder" as a medium. The author, Tzu-Tzu, will share her experiences of setbacks in family, romantic relationships, and other interpersonal interactions, including self-doubt, self-awareness, seeking help, hospitalization, and recovery. It is hoped that through the author's experience, suicide prevention and mental health resources will be further promoted.
