一、 本(115)年度第2梯次數位學習課程認證，受理至8月31日(每年辦理2梯次：第1梯次為2月、第2梯次為8月)。
二、 請貴校指定單一窗口，彙整校內申請案件，於申請期限內至本部遠距教學交流暨認證網(https://ace.moe.edu.tw)上傳認證申請資料，完成線上申請程序，並函送電子公文至國立空中大學。申請文件格式及詳細申請操作流程詳如本部遠距教學交流暨認證網站相關說明。未完成線上申請作業者，不予受理。
三、 另有關本梯次受理之116學年數位學習境外學生專班「二年制專科」及「學士班」審核作業案，業已於115年1月14日以臺教資(二)字第1152700056號文函知各大專校院，有需求之學校，請逕洽國立空中大學申請。

I. Applications for the second cohort of distance learning course certification for this (115th) academic year will be accepted until August 31st (two cohorts are processed annually: the first cohort in February and the second in August).

II. Your institution should designate a single window to compile internal applications and upload the certification application materials to the National Open University's Distance Learning Exchange and Certification Website (https://ace.moe.edu.tw) within the application deadline. Please also send an electronic copy of the application to the National Open University. Application document formats and detailed application procedures are available on the National Open University's Distance Learning Exchange and Certification Website. Applications that do not complete the online application process will not be accepted. III. Regarding the review process for the "Two-Year Junior College" and "Bachelor's Degree" programs for international students applying for the 2026-2027 Digital Learning Program, which were accepted in this round, a letter was sent to all colleges and universities on January 14, 2026, under document number 1152700056. Schools in need should contact the National Open University directly.
