I. The conference will bring together experts and scholars from the fields of biomedical engineering, medicine, industry, and related fields both domestically and internationally to share the latest research findings and technological developments, and provide a platform for academic exchange and industry-academia collaboration.

II. The conference themes cover biomedical materials, biomedical information and medical imaging, biomedical electronics and sensing, rehabilitation aids, smart healthcare, innovative medical devices, and artificial intelligence applications in healthcare.

III. The conference activities include international keynote speeches, academic paper presentations, thematic forums, and industry-academia exchange activities, offering a rich and diverse program.
