一、目的：中華大學觀光學院以院為核心，積極迎接疫後觀光旅遊發展與挑戰，師生創新轉型、學生跨域學習、開創多元就業及創業能力，並於112學年度獲教育部通過為觀光類雙語重點培育學院，推動雙語學習。

三、主持教師：英籍EMI Steven Muarry顧問、本校培訓之EMI教師。

I. Purpose: The College of Tourism and Hospitality at Chung Hua University, with the college at its core, actively embraces the challenges of post-pandemic tourism development, promoting innovation and transformation among faculty and students, interdisciplinary learning for students, and fostering diverse employment and entrepreneurial abilities. In the 2023 academic year, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as a key bilingual development college for tourism, promoting bilingual learning.

III. Moderator: Steven Muarry, EMI consultant (British), and EMI instructors trained by Chung Hua University.
