一、高雄市政府在「ICLEI-地方政府永續發展理事會」支持下，特推動「CiBiX 城市與企業協力加速器-城市創新挑戰」徵件活動，本次核心主題為「城市森呼吸：強化都市森林，打造韌性高雄」。旨在徵求國內外自然為本解方（NbS）、創新技術及數位智慧工具，協助高雄進行城市森林生態系之盤點、維護與擴展，共同支持城市推動氣候調適與生物多樣性行動。

二、活動資訊如下：
(一)徵件對象：歡迎國內外於生物多樣性、氣候韌性、都市綠化、環境科技、ESG、智慧城市等相關領域具實務經驗之企業、新創團隊、非政府組織、研究機構、大專院校師生團隊及跨域合作團隊踴躍提案。
(二)徵件主題：聚焦地方政府在推動都市森林、綠蔭倍增、氣候調適與自然正向行動時，可能面臨的實務需求及課題，主題包括但不限於：
●都市森林盤點、缺口辨識、模擬與管理
●都市降溫與熱島調適解決方案
●碳匯增益與追蹤管理
●城市生物多樣性友善及氣候調適導向的養護標準
●創新公私協力架構與企業 ESG 合作模式
●其他有助於地方政府推動都市綠蔭倍增的相關解方，例如木質資源循環、公民參與/公民科學、科學追蹤監測及跨域合作機制等

Supported by "ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability," the Kaohsiung City Government is launching the "CiBiX City-Business Accelerator - City Challenge" call for solutions, under the main theme "Strengthening Kaohsiung's Urban Forest: Expanding the City's Green Lung." The initiative seeks innovative nature-based solutions (NbS), advanced technologies, and digital tools globally and locally to inventory, maintain, and expand Kaohsiung's urban forest ecosystems, driving climate adaptation and biodiversity actions.

【Event Information】
I. Eligibility: Open to domestic and international companies, start-ups, NGOs, research institutions, university faculty and student teams, and collaborative partnerships working in areas related to biodiversity, climate resilience, urban greening, environmental technologies, ESG, or smart city development.
II. Challenge Theme: Focusing on the practical needs and challenges local governments face in expanding urban forests, multiplying green canopies, accelerating climate adaptation, and driving nature-positive actions. Themes include but are not limited to:
A. Identify canopy gaps, modeling and urban forestry inventory management
B. Urban cooling and heat island mitigation strategies
C. Carbon sink enhancement & tracking management
D. Biodiversity-driven and climate-adaptive maintenance standards
E. Creative public-private partnership frameworks and corporate ESG cooperation models
F. Other solutions supporting local governments in expanding green canopies (e.g., wood resource circulation, community/citizen science participation, scientific tracking and monitoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration mechanisms, etc.)
