請同仁於下班離校時，協助將所屬空間之門窗緊閉（包含各辦公室、實驗室、教室等），並特別留意以下公共空間：
• 各層廁所窗戶
• 樓梯間氣窗
• 內走廊與出入口門窗
此外，若窗邊有放置電器、重要文件或易受潮物品，請一併移至安全位置，感謝大家的配合，共同維護校園安全。

In preparation for the upcoming Typhoon Bavi, all personnel are required to ensure that all windows and doors in your respective areas are securely closed and locked upon leaving work on July 10, 2026.
Please assist in checking your private workspaces as well as all shared and public areas, including:
• Restrooms
• Stairwells
• Interior corridors
