一、依據衛生福利部115年6月23日衛部護字第1150127221號函及臺南市政府衛生局115年7月9日南市衛心字第1150088412號函辦理。
二、請於曝光度高、人口往來頻繁的通路進行宣導，多元通路包含跑馬燈、數位電子看板、電子媒體、廣播及公佈欄等。
三、請結合多元場域進行藥物濫用防制宣導，包含職場、特定營業場所、青少年活動場所、社區（親子活動）及結合民間單位。
四、宣導內容：
(一)跑馬燈文字內容：「新興毒品花樣多，堅定拒絕準沒錯」臺南市政府關心您。
(二)宣導影片：「千萬母湯呷毒」、「小心毒品就在你身邊」、「毒品偽裝宣導毒門絕招」、「藥物濫用防制宣導你敢嗎？」及「藥物濫用防制親子溝通篇」可於衛生福利部食品藥物管理署（首頁/業務專區/管制藥品/反毒資源專區）下載，網址：https://reurl.cc/K9Kn3q。

1.This matter is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s letter dated June 23, 2026 (Ref. No. Wei-Bu-Hu-1150127221) and the Tainan City Government Health Bureau’s letter dated July 9, 2026 (Ref. No. Nan-Shi-Wei-Xin-1150088412).

2.Promotional activities should be conducted through high-visibility and high-traffic channels. Recommended media include LED message displays, digital signage, electronic media, radio broadcasts, and bulletin boards.
3.Drug abuse prevention campaigns should be carried out across a variety of settings, including workplaces, designated business establishments, youth activity venues, community and family-oriented events, and in collaboration with private-sector organizations.
