二、近期新興毒品常偽裝為電子煙彈（如摻入「依托咪酯」，俗稱喪屍煙彈），對青少年身心健康危害甚鉅，吸食後可能衍生交通事故等公共安全風險，亟需加強宣導防範。
三、請自即日起，積極運用權管場域內之電子看板、跑馬燈字幕機、無聲廣播系統、電視牆或機關（學校）官方網站等多元管道，以高密度方式輪播教育部核定之宣導文字及圖片（如附件），並鼓勵結合校內活動、課程或相關宣導措施，加強宣導效益。

1.This notice is issued in accordance with the resolution of the Executive Yuan’s Interagency Anti-Drug Task Force Meeting held on June 16, 2026, and the Ministry of Education’s letter dated July 14, 2026 (Ref. No. Tai-Jiao-Xue (5) 1152802827).
2.Recently, emerging drugs have frequently been disguised as e-cigarette cartridges, particularly those containing etomidate (commonly referred to as "zombie vape cartridges"). These products pose serious risks to the physical and mental health of young people and may lead to public safety hazards, including traffic accidents. Enhanced prevention and public awareness efforts are therefore urgently needed.
3.Effective immediately, all units are requested to actively utilize electronic display boards, LED scrolling marquees, public announcement systems, video walls, and official institutional (or school) websites, as well as other available communication channels within their areas of responsibility, to frequently display and broadcast the Ministry of Education-approved promotional messages and images (see attachment). Units are also encouraged to incorporate these materials into campus activities, courses, and other educational initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of the campaign.
