主旨：國科會115年度專題研究計畫申覆，自即日起受理至115年8月10日前完成線上作業。

說明：
一、115年度專題研究計畫申請案，經審查未獲補助者，國科會已陸續發函通知；審查意見請逕登入本會「學術研發服務網」，於「申請案(計畫主持人)」資料列中點選欲查閱之計畫名稱，進入「專題計畫資料」畫面，即可瀏覽「已開放」之審查意見資料。
二、本次得提出申覆之計畫範圍為專題研究計畫、特約研究計畫、優秀年輕學計畫、人文學及社會科學專書寫作計畫。
三、檢送「國家科學及技術委員會補助專題研究計畫評審申覆作業要點」及專題研究計畫申覆案WWW線上申請作業使用注意事項各1 份， 至申覆書表請至國科會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)進入「學術研發服務網」製作。

Notes:
1. For applications from 2026 Special Research Projects that were not awarded funding, NSTC has been sending out notifications. Review comments can be found on the NSTC "Academic Research and Development Service Website." Under "Application (Project Leader)" information, select the project name you wish to view, and then go to the "Special Project Information" screen to view the "Open" review comments.

2. The scope of projects eligible for this application includes Special Research Projects, Invited Research Projects, Outstanding Young Scholar Projects, and Humanities and Social Sciences Monograph Writing Projects.

3. Submit one copy each of the "Guidelines for Review and Application of National Science and Technology Commission Subsidized Special Research Projects" and the "Instructions for Using the Online Application System for Special Research Project Applications." The application form can be created through the "Academic Research and Development Service Network" on the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw).
