一、衛生福利部相關系統將於115年8月4日（星期二）中午12時至8月5日（星期三）中午12時止暫停使用，請相關人員預為因應。
二、暫停使用系統為：保護資訊系統、113保護專線系統、社會安全網-關懷e起來、家庭暴力高危機個案網絡會議作業平台、性侵害司法訪談專業人士資料庫、性騷擾調查專業人才庫。
三、系統停機期間，有關責任通報人員針對家庭暴力、性侵害犯罪事件、兒童少年保護及脆弱家庭事件之通報，如遇緊急通報案件請逕自聯絡當地社政單位指定窗口。

I. The relevant systems of the Ministry of Health and Welfare will be suspended from 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 to 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026. Relevant personnel are requested to take precautions.
II. The systems suspended are: the Protection Information System, the 113 Protection Hotline System, the Social Safety Net - Care e-Connect, the Online Meeting Platform for High-Risk Cases of Domestic Violence, the Database of Professionals for Sexual Assault Legal Interviews, and the Database of Professionals for Sexual Harassment Investigations.
III. During the system downtime, responsible reporting personnel should contact the designated window of their local social welfare unit directly for reporting domestic violence, sexual assault crimes, child and adolescent protection, and vulnerable family incidents, especially in cases of emergency.
