1. The competition consists of three categories: General Project Category, International Exchange Category, and Designated Project Category. Topics include ICT innovative applications, Smart Manufacturing, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Open Document Format (ODF), E-commerce, and more.

2. Eligible participants include students from colleges and universities (including master's and doctoral programs) as well as senior high schools and vocational high schools (including students in the first to third years of five-year junior colleges).
